Healthcare Networks of America is Proud to Announce They Are Continuing Their Efforts in Going Green |
December 1, 2011
For Immediate Release Phoenix, Arizona – Healthcare Networks of America, LLC is proud to announce that they are continuing their efforts in "going green" by placing four more of it's employees in a 100% work-from-home position. As more and more companies have telecommuting employees, HNA is ready to embrace the working-from-home option and reduce carbon emissions. "We have found that by eliminating the physical commute to and from the office each day, our employees are more refreshed, more eager to roll their sleeves up to be productive, and are actually staying healthier by working in their own homes as opposed to the office" states HNA's Executive Director, Sherry Krueger. "Although we've had some adjustments to make and some logistical issues to work through, it appears that this situation is going to benefit all involved." she adds.
HNA is using electronic correspondence, instant messaging via the internet, a paperless filing and scanning system and VOIP telephones to facilitate communication with their telecommuting employees. Krueger says, "Weekly staff meetings are now done via teleconference, but we still meet occasionally for a business lunch to discuss matters face-to-face."
Healthcare Networks of America was formed to help healthcare providers come together with large national networks. Since 1993, HNA successfully built a provider organization for over 17,000 healthcare professionals in all 50 states. HNA’s multi-specialty network currently services 4,200 payers and 12.6 million patients nationwide.
